Taste the Unimaginable
The secret recipes
How many cooking spells you know of that’s been passed through generations to get to you?
I knew none. I ate most of my food outside at different kinds of restaurants. However, I had been in love with Persian dishes for a while. I had an Iranian friend who always told me I should visit Iran. She’d say the food is much more delicious there compared to the restaurants I went by.
When I decided to go to Iran, I had a week and a half off. I learned that in a woman only tour, not only I’ll get to eat delicious food but learn their secrets and spells of authentic Persian food and life! My friend had also told me in women only tours; I’ll get to enter some interesting places I would not allow me to enter otherwise. She also told me that women in rural villages of Iran don’t usually share so much of their lives with mixed groups. Therefore, this seemed like the best chance for me to journey through the culinary moments of Iran and also get to know the diverse culture of this land.
I’ll tell you about the variety of food and secret spells I’ve learned through the itinerary of this trip to Iran.
